Job Summary

**Job Description**:
Accounting Executive - Account Payables, PO 1.) Process invoice by verifying Invoice and resolving document discrepancies between Invoice, contract, and PO 2.) Checking & sorting invoice for payment 3.) Follow up Tax invoice, receipt from vendor and perform document storage 4.) Review and follow up PO Outstanding with requestor 5.) Maintains accounting ledgers by parking account transactions to accrue expense and adjustment 6.) Control the completeness and punctuation of monthly detailed accounts & other reconciliation accounts together with analysis 7.) Perform other related duties as assigned Accounting Executive - Account Payables, NPO 1.) Process invoice by verifying Invoice and resolving document discrepancies between Invoice, contract and SOA 2.) Checking & sorting invoice for payment 3.) Follow up Tax invoice, receipt from vendor and perform document storage 4.) Submit document to open new vendor 5.) Maintains accounting ledgers by parking account transactions to accrue expense and adjustment 6.) Control the completeness and punctuation of monthly detailed accounts & other reconciliation accounts together with analysis 7.) Perform other related duties as assigned
