Monitoring purchasing process for office equipment, stationary, safety equipment, printing media, Catalog etc.
Sourcing, selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and services with suppliers.
Understanding the Purchasing function (sourcing and selection processes, cost negotiation and analysis).
Coordinatng with concerned department and establishing and maintaining proper relations with suppliers or their representatives.
Developing vender sourcing, and reviewing the automatic reordering process.
Managing the procurement process to reduce the time consumed by purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for best prices & services
Ensure supply to factory and keep good service level
