Senior Manager, Agency Channel

**In this position you will....**
...support and manage the growth and P&L of the agency channels for bolttech Thailand including acquiring new agents, managing, and retaining our current pool of more than 8,000 agents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver first-class services to our key partners.
**You will be responsible for**
- Drive performance and manage the day-to-day activities of the agency channel
- Manage a complete life cycle of agents from recruiting, training, activating, growing as well as retaining
- Maintain and build relationships with agents at all levels
- Build relationship with insurance companies to ensure that we can provide competitive quotations for our agents
- Increasing active agents and Driving sales results
- Encourage & Motivate the agents to use our agent referral platform
- Supervise the team of 7 subordinates including assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and take necessary measures in terms of growth and development
- Coordinating with other departments on agency management, operations, after-sales services, finance, training, and technological improvements

- Resolve disputes using a range of tactics to prioritize positive outcomes
**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- University degree in marketing, business administration preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing agency sales team in MNCs
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, and ability to analyze performance and execute action plans
- Knowledgeable in working with digital customer journey is preferred
- Strong operation and service excellence skills
- Excellent Thai and English written and verbal communication skills
- Training Capability
- Able to travel (occasional)
