Export Customer Service Coordinator

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day to day sea freight export operations in our Phoenix enterprise data system
- Preparing shipping documents
- Coordinate with customer, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments
- Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of import shipments
- Expedite payment to vendors and carriers
- Other duties as required by management

**Qualification**:

- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in sea freight import or export in Freight forwarder business would be advantage
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of MS word and Excel
- Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, good interpersonal communication skills

**Locations**:

- Bangna, Bangkok
