**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our clients' social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular, scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote our brand-focused messages.
- Analyze and report on social media engagement and the performance of content.
- Collaborate with other departments (Customer Relations, Sales, etc.) to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization.
- Plan, create, and oversee the production of video content for social media.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-year proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Thai and English languages.
- Experience developing a social media strategy.
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other visual design tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
