**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy and Creation**
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies that align with each client's brand identity and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written content that resonates with target audiences across different industries.
- Lead content calendar planning and management for multiple client accounts while maintaining consistent posting schedules.

**Client Management**
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience.
- Present social media strategies and campaign results to clients through regular meetings and reports.
- Adapt strategies based on client feedback and performance metrics.

**Campaign Management**
- Design and implement creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve client KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize advertising spend for maximum ROI.

**Analytics and Performance**
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics across platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive reports on social media performance, growth, and engagement metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization.

**Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on social media best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of professional social media management experience
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
- Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Experience working with diverse clients and industries

Pay: ฿12,000.00 - ฿22,000.00 per month
