**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving Sales Target.
- Being responsible for the sales process.
- Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Managing point-of-sale processes and ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Ascertaining customers' needs and wants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar relevant field.
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 5 years of experience at the management level and managing a direct sales force.
- Direct new sales experience of commercial, consumer, or similar especially through service business and consultant.
- Have a good English foundation and can communicate in English.
- Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
