- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, correspondence, and maintain accurate records, files, and database
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, clients and partners, and assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating internal communications
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives as needed, keep department files and records updated and well-organized
- Process payroll for Cabin Crew, including claims, sector allowances, short payments, and productivity tracking
- Track departmental office supplies, including stationery and documentation stock, ensuring sufficient inventory levels
- Manage the inventory of uniforms and accessories to ensure proper distribution and availability
- Track all medical certificates (MC) and verify records for accuracy
- Maintain and update Cabin Crew records using the AIMS system and staff travel requisitions for company-related trips
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative work
- Good communication skills in speaking and writing (English and Thai)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in flexible time
