As Business & Supply Chain Controller, you will be responsible for the management reporting of AREA Asia offices and you will provide support to the countries of Area Asia. You will need to ensure the financial figures are correct and submitted on time and coordinate when needed with Corporate Controlling. Next to that, you will ensure that the countries follow the corporate S&OP process and coordinate with the Corporate Supply Chain team of Biscuits and Bakeries and Natural Foods.

- You will be responsible for the monthly management reporting for Area Asia offices by gathering, reviewing and understanding all relevant information in a financial and commercial perspective.
- You will safeguard the accuracy of financial figures and processes and you will ensure consistency in reported figures and communication towards our HQ.
- You will discuss the monthly management reporting of the different countries with the respective finance or country manager and you will prepare the Monthly Area Report for Area Asia Offices based on input from the countries.
- You will support the finance teams in countries with accounting topics and identiy improvements and cost saving opportunities.
- You will review cash forcasts of the countries and provide feedback to the local finance managers.
- Manage the budget process for Area Asia Offices and communicatie with the countries on their budget preparation and prepare a consolidated budget.
- You will review and analyze the Sales Forecast and the Demand Planning Files and you will review and coordinate the monthly S&OP reports prepared by the countries
- You will review and analyze inventory reports and identify potential issues
- You will ensure the country teams have adequate actions in place to avoind ageing stock and write offs and ensure that proper measures are in place withing the countries to allocate stocl in case of supply constraints.
- You will review and analyze logistics costs ad follow up and discuss with the SC team in the countries where and when needed.
- You will participate in various Area Group projects and undertake new projects to improve reporting, visibility and performance within the Area.

**Profil**:

- You have a bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Supply Chain.
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain in a multinational environment
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
- You have strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- You are analytical, understand the broader picture with eye for detail.
- You have a hands-on mentality and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
