Ticketing Sales Assistant

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Checking an airfare with additional charge by routine (various taxes, fuel charge, administration for charge).
- Making the reservation.
- Issuing the paperless ticket code with receipt and tax invoice.
- Alert restrictions, followed by company terms & conditions.
- Collecting airfare by cash or credit card.
- Summarize Sales report and transfer money to cashier.
- Following safety policy, procedure, and operational requirements including reporting safety deficiencies, hazards, and incidents that may lead to accidents or any safety matters to the Safety Department.
- Challenge any unauthorized persons who seek access or come to TAX premises. Identify and resolve suspicious activities then report to appropriate authorities to maintain the highest standard of security and the environment concerned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any filed with customer service or ground service experience
- Experience in working as Guest Service, Ground Service, Customer Service in Airline Industry is advantageous
- Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai or local language where staff is located
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with TOEIC scores above 550 is advantageous
- Able to work on shift with flexible hours
- A criminal record check document is required
