**Role & Responsibility**:
- Comprehensive device and device support is the primary responsibility of a Desktop Service Engineer.
- In certain workplaces, they also must provide office facilities such as computers, phones, and MS team meetings.
- Since machine problems may occur at any moment, several improvements, including night and weekends, can occur for Desktop Support Engineers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related fields
- Proven experience working as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician at least 5 years.
- Capable of addressing complicated hardware and software challenges.
- Digital private network setup (VPN) configuration and validation
- Knowledge of network management practices and programs against viruses
- Experience in MS, Windows OS and iOS/Android
- ** Excellent in both Thai and English
