**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT
1 year related working experience preferred, but fresh graduate is also welcome.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS, CISCO.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
