- Partner with key account to develop Away From Home (AFH) channel strategies, core platforms, and transformation initiatives to better enhance our AFH business capabilities in the market
- Own the AFH channel Strategic Plan, leads the AOP roll up and supports key actions.
- Lead strategies and programs for yearly customer bidding and renewal
- Lead execution of AFH channel beverage & food AOP, approx. 100 MM in Volume
- Lead via consumer insights, calendar focus, development processes and mass communication creative excellence.
- Partner with Capability team to identify and implement AFH capability agenda which relevant for market to achieve AOP objectives
- COE on Best practices, collect and share relevant best Practice for market to Lift and Shift

**Accountabilities**
- Understand consumer insight of Overall Beverage & Food market, focusing on restaurants, traditional / independent eatery, workplaces partnership
- Lead transformation projects and navigate through internal system and processes to secure internal cross-function and bottler’s alignment
- Support key account to Lift and Shift / customized Best Practices solutions and implement in market
- Manage budget spending to be in line with AOP
- Partner with bottlers for the JBP, AOP discussion, negotiate and implementation through our key accounts
- Monitor channel health and marketing movement to update team, especially, teens market
- Coordinate with internal partners and leader, i.e. Procurement, Trade Marketing to get alignment on key marketing activities
- Leadership in Projects and NPD’s.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ MBA is a plus
- 8+ years marketing / business development experience, food services and key account experience will be advantageous
- Track records of Marketing strategic thinking and quick adaptation through data and insights
- Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales or Channel Management, with working knowledge of Operations and Finance
- Experience managing large customers
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
- Experience translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
- Strong influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project
- Strong negotiation skills to both internal and external party
- A good strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to partner with senior level executives and across all levels of the organizations
- Initiative and flexible
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent command in English
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office
