Digital Media Planning Manager

Requirements:Minimum 4 years experience in digital media planning.
- Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimizations.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with various internal teams.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including an analytic and fact-based approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong insight data analysis and presentation skills.
- Good communication with service minded.
- Good command of English language.
- Highly organized and an exceptional multi-tasker.
- Responsibilities:Plan and create digital media strategies, media touchpoint planning, media cost and effectiveness analysis, and other interactive channels using all integrated internet, social network, mobile, and digital PR platforms.
- Analyze and assess performance data, draw conclusions, and suggest suitable actions.
- Lead a group of media planners and provide daily support to the Associate Digital Media Director and Digital Media Director.
- Ensure that the teams are providing solutions that balance agency trading goals with customer requests.
- Assist team members in achieving their specific goals for personal development.
- Monitor the team's work and provide supervision and quality assurance for all ideas.
- Understand client KPIs and business objectives, and make sure every team member can deliver on them.
- Manages upward to make sure that problems are fixed as soon as possible.
