Manage and grow customer accounts in industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemicals, and factories with QC and R&D departments.
Provide product recommendations and technical consultation on culture media, glassware, reagents, and laboratory equipment to meet customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, conduct market analysis, and present business development strategies.
Participate in seminars, trade shows, and marketing activities to promote sales and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or laboratory-related industries (QC/R&D).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and understand technical documentation..
Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver s license (for customer visits).
