Warehouse & Logistics Manager

**In this position you will....**

be responsible for the end-to-end warehouse organisation in Thailand which includes leading the team of warehouse employees, logistics management for our TH operations. You will identify, onboard and manage our third-party warehouse, logistics and on-demand courier partners. You will ensure efficient deliveries are within budget and defined SLA’s. You will need to create and execute the logistics/vendor strategy to deliver broader business requirements/targets. You will also be responsible for driving process and cost efficiencies through data analysis, process improvement and projects (regional and local). This role will be a key driver in bolttech providing best in class customer experience.

**You will be responsible for**

- Working closely with supply chain team which is demand planner manager and inventory manager.
- Lead warehouse employees to achieve goal objectives.
- Keep warehouses organized, clean, smoothly work flow including operational improvements and risk control.
- Liaising with finance department to investigate, find and report root cause of stock reconciliation issues.
- Identifying and empaneling Logistics partners based on their strengths in local geographic region.
- Establishing a reliable and sufficient network of logistics vendor within the country to meet with business demand.
- Ensuring the logistics vendors are performing within the set KPI and regularly perform a business review together with Bolttech stakeholders.
- Monitor the overall progress and support in keeping the Bolttech parcels movement on track based on the set transit time.
- Direct the operations team in maximizing the available logistics resources as well as drive in decision-making especially vendor-related and uncontrollable delays.
- Contribute to the overall growth of business through constant review on logistics utilization and cost.
- Establish and negotiate logistics rates
- Preparation of reports, dashboard pertaining to logistics performance to be used on a regular operations review
- Ensure that all logistics-related business commitments are delivered within SLA
- Constantly review and help in the improvement of the overall logistics utilization process
- Enhance existing processes, policies which will further enhance the serviceConstantly providing communications to the team pertaining to updates received from vendors, changes for the team to be aligned

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**

- Experience in Warehouse management, Logistics and Vendor Management with minimum of 3-5 years working experience preferably in warehouse and logistics management Experience in the local market.
- Proficiency in standard logistics software is a plus.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks assigned while ensuring quality of work output.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and creative problem solver.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
