AutoStore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for new factory in Thailand
- AutoStore is the pioneer of robotic cube storage systems and is constantly evolving as a company. We are changing the way goods and services are stored across the globe, and are pushing borders to increase efficiency, safety and develop new products for our customers._

We are now expanding our production with a new factory in Rayong Provinces Thailand. We are therefore searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and establish management in Warehouse function in our new production facilities in Rayong, Thailand. As you Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse/Logistics Manager in setting up the new facilities.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support management decisions in the execution of the responsibilities of Warehouse strategy
- In co-operation with the Warehouse manager establish the strategy and goals for the efficient organization and operation of Warehouse area
- Inform the Warehouse manager / department Coordinator on important issues related to the Warehouse area
- Develop and maintain the professional routines and processes related to the Warehouse area
- Ensure high quality in work processes and methodologies and establish a continuous process philosophy
- Actively support and execute the Company “QDC” philosophy with following priority:

- Q - Quality
- D - Delivery
- C - Cost
- Perform Warehouse activities, including but not limited to:

- Good organization of the different articles in the warehouse
- Receipt of goods into the warehouse
- Acceptance checking of goods coming into the warehouse
- The storage and safekeeping of goods in the warehouse
- The delivery of goods from the warehouse to the production
- Ensure that the tools, machines and equipment are kept in good shape and operational at all times
- Ensure that the working area is clean and good looking
- Be an active team member and contribute positively to the accomplishment of the company’s strategies and plans
- Contribute to the efficient implementation of LEAN methodologies within the Warehouse area
- The Warehouse manager / Department Coordinator may also delegate other tasks fallen within the scope of employee’s job position and competencies, not explicitly written in this document.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Have experience 5 years up working experience in the field of Warehouse/Logistics.
- Fluence in English, communication ,reading & writing.
- Supervisor management skill.
- MS. Office knowledge
- ERP/SAP will be advantage.
