- Developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's core business strategy.
- Preparing and managing budget estimates for the fiscal year, and exercising cost control.
- Organizing activities and fostering relationships among employees by addressing grievances, complaints, or other concerns.
- Developing and reviewing strategies, including the organization's overall human resources processes by legal regulations and company policies.
- Organizing recruitment processes and selection/placement plans, as well as analysing workforce ratios to determine personnel planning directions.
- Managing and overseeing salary and benefits systems, conducting reviews, creating salary structures, and analysing and comparing them with market trends.
- Monitoring and managing performance evaluation systems to achieve high-level performance outcomes.
- Auditing compliance with rules and regulations, and handling disputes between employees and various work units.
- Evaluating training and development needs, and promoting learning and development activities.
- Analyzing human resource data and indicators for use in assessments, establishing annual workforce ratios, and analysing the requirements for workforce planning.
- Summarizing work performance results through analytical and statistical approaches.
- Inspecting and overseeing various HR processes, including Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), work permits, and visas.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Possess over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience according to the position.
- Know relevant laws and regulations related to job responsibilities.
- Have interpersonal skills, communication skills, and excellent organizational management skills.
- Hold proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office.
