Designing and implementing risk management and internal control frameworks within the organization including identifying, analyzing, evaluating, mitigating, and the monitoring of risks.
- Developing and implementing internal controls in accordance with policies and guidelines.
- Identifying potential local risk areas, and compliance and control weaknesses; developing/implementing corrective action plans to resolve problematic issues, and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Assisting with, and monitoring the development and implementation of internal control improvements.
- Designing processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.
- Establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite' and ensuring risk approaches adheres accordingly.
- Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in risk management/internal controls/external audits/internal audits/process improvement.
- CPA Holder.
- Must have risk and compliance / internal control experience from manufacturing / operations.
- Past experience from automotive manufacturing will be advantage.
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively.
- Flexible to travel Bangna area - Chonburi.
- Understanding Japanese cultural and good communication skills in English.
