1. Inventory Management
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures.
- Determine the optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
- Manage the flow of materials from suppliers to the organization and to end-users. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Including FIFO concept.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems (e.g., ERP systems, barcode scanners).
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.

2. Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor material management staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3. Cost Control
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in inventory management. Monitor material costs and analyze variances.

4. Quality Control, Compliance and Audit Supporting
- Ensure that materials meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards related to material management.
- Internal and External Audit support.

5. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on material management activities, including inventory level.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 10-20 Years Experience in Warehouse Management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics.
- Strong experience with ERP or MRP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
- Excellent in presentation skill
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
