Podcast Producer

Do you have a passion for video/audio production and editing? Do you have experience in managing projects and using social media? Do you enjoy connecting with people and working with a multicultural team? If so, this is the position for you

**Mission/Purpose**:Manage our podcast process from start to finish. Your tasks will range from outreaching to potential guests (and creating outreach lists), to managing bookings, to editing the podcast and extracting snippets/quotes for our social media, to creating thumbnails, to posting on social media. You will be responsible for the full Podcast production process from start to finish (except recording the podcast itself).

Required - Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Google Drive, video, video & audio editing tools, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.

Preferred - Excel

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an editor for video/audio files.
- Experience using social media and posting engaging content
- Ability to create eye catching thumbnails
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Project management experience to ensure podcast process is smooth from start to finish

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the podcast's production process
- Support the podcast host
- Manage the podcast production schedule and development
- Promote the show on various social media platforms
- Outreach and schedule guests to join the podcast
- Ensure podcasts meet internal deadlines
- Manage each episode's planning, editing and distribution
