**About the position**:
The Onboarding Associate will be responsible for onboarding new customers/ brands - Offboarding Brand including new platforms or tools. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a cross function operators and working in a fast-paced culture and growth within an organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally to provide information and collaboration that help streamline and develop workflows and brand onboarding/offboarding process.
- Work closely with customers/ brands and their implementation team.
- Serve as point of contact for customer/ brand / platform onboarding - offboarding experiences.
- Work closely with each CREA’s internal team to ensure a smooth handoff from setting up stage until brand launch on e-commerce platforms.
- Understand the requirements and needs of a customer/ brand/ internal team during the onboarding / offboarding process.
- Execute onboarding /offboarding project plans with each new customer/brand/platform.
- Product listing and campaign set up.
- Handle other related projects and tasked as assigned.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant working experience.
- Customer service experience with well-written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast adapting and fast learning with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and prioritizing skills
- Attention to details and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Experience in e-commerce and customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skill e.g., V-lookup, X-lookup, Index-match
