**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Proficient in English communication
- Great computer literacy ie Microsoft Office
- Have good personality and customer service mind
- At least 2 years of work experience in related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients/customer, visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook etc.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls and maintain security and telecommunications system.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy
- Management of office equipment / stationaries. Track stocks of office supplies.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages to the right receivers
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including coping. Faxing, JDE system etc.
- Manage travel arrangements (flight booking / hotel and transportation (if need))
- Providing administration support and service to product lines / functions / operations, HR
- Management booking meeting rooms
- Maintain contact lists
- Monitor and issue office access cards to Bangkok staff and visitors and track access card logbook and ensure access control system is up-to-date.
- Issue employee cards to new comers
- Assist in sending out mails to employees in different locations.
- Assist HR in assigned tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer services
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
- Other tasks as assigned i.e. OQ and/ or any other tasks assigned from other shared services functions.
