Role Description

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage and grow key customer accounts within the aviation sector to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.

Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and expand market share through upselling and cross-selling.

Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements with clients.

Monitor client performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, customer service, and technical teams) to ensure service excellence.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and providing proactive solutions.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Stay updated with aviation industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Thailand.

Contribute to overall business development strategies and achievement of company sales objectives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

3 -5 years of proven sales/account management experience, preferably in the aviation, logistics, or travel industries.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple key accounts and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken) is essential.
