Our company is a new business under PRTR Group, an HRIS Software with Payroll Outsourcing Services, under the management of PRTR, which has been providing service for HR Solutions for almost 30 years. With our long and well-rounded experiences, we fully understand customers' needs and expectations and ensure that our solution can effectively drive customers into the HR business.
**Responsibilities**
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers to provide the best-fit solution.
- Designing and setting up products based on customer requirements or business needs.
- Creating project documents and coordinating with developers.
- Preparing and performing Unit Tests, System Integration Tests (SIT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Performing Key User Training and Admin Training.
- Handling data migration and support.
- Acting as project manager or team lead for small-medium size projects to manage customers and project team members to deliver projects on time.
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of the projects
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration, Information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Has experience relevant to HR Product, or know HR business Process in HRM - Time management and Payroll will be preferred.
- Have skills in analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving, good communication & training skill
- Good teamwork with a service mind.
- Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
