Compensation & Benefit Manager

Our client is a leading international sub-sea and offshore drilling services company. They are now looking for a Compensation & Benefit Manager to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the full cycle of the company payroll process including the development and management of payroll systems, coordinating payroll delivery, and responding to payroll inquiries.
- Working in area of responsibilities: payroll process, compensation and benefit administration.
- Preparing and managing the salary survey, annual salary increment, bonus calibration and C&B budget as well as group insurance renewal transaction management.
- Implementing strategy to maximize employee motivation and performance.
- Monitoring the compensation and benefits programs and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency within the company context.
**Qualifications**:
- M/F. Not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources or in any related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Human Resources Management, particularly in payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Strong compensation and benefit design background such as job grade design, salary structure design.
- Knowledge on payroll process and accounting process.
- Proficient in MS office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication in English.
