Customer Service Officer

Our client is a Freight Forwarding business.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the customer service and documentation team.
- Managing the day-to-day domestic and international compliance and compliance within the timeline.
- Handling all Import and Export shipping documentation and ensure smooth cargo release to meet all customer and principal requirements.
- Handling the submission of import container list to port/terminal/ICD.
- Handling customer complaints appropriately and timely.
- Handling all processes of Customer service and requirements.
- Preparing monthly report to manager meeting.
**Requirements**:
- Experience for 1 - 2 years in Freight Forwarding business.
- At least 1 year experience in staff or Officer level.
- Good command English.
