Plant Hse Manager

**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
**The main missions of the role are**:

- Analyze the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
- Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
- Coach and support the site management and employees
- Participate in HSE group network
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
- Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (zero accident, environmental data and others)
- Organize and drive HSE audits HSE Mandatory rule, PPE guideline and highly recommended logistic guidelines
- Preparedness document for ISO 14001 / IATF (Internal audit, External audit, Document concern)
- Responsible for plant improvement for safety & Environmental concern including to safety inspection
- Coordinate with supplier to manage Fire / Emergency equipment and follow up plan
- Take ownership and be responsible for first-aid room utilization
- Control sub-contractors to preform jobs with Faurecia standard/rules.
- Responsible for plant security including managing security guards

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment
- Experience: 3+ years experience and should have experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
- Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of HSE tools and methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000, IATF
- Strong knowledge of national legislation
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies
- Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing
- Accountable and results oriented
- Team player and ability to work in a matrix organization
- Multi-cultural business experience
