- Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue, Support in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects and support in the HSE Management System standard issue.
- Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
- Adhere to HSE Policies and Procedures, the policies and procedures are followed, and report any non-compliance. And with the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements relating to Safety, Health, and Environment.
- Develop and communicate of HSE Strategy followed by the company to all employees. Develop and prioritize projects to close any gaps, identify resources to execute the projects.
- Develop and implement effective incident & accident prevention program including near miss reporting procedures.
- Plan and execute company’s HSE Processes for Lead the HSE committee, maintain the international standard certificates ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Define HSE training needs, and develop effective training programs in conjunction with the project required and responsible.
- Monitor and follow up with responsible functions to ensure the progress of taking HSE actions is effectively completed.
- Support production and operations team on HSE standards through risk assessment, audits, investigation, and review of operating practice and systems.
- Advise management team and employees of their responsibilities under the policies, manuals, procedures and current legislation.
- Liaise with top management, assist in the development of strategic and operational plans, implement and manage them.
- Undertake other tasks or regional projects as may be assigned by the superiors.
- คุณสมบัติ

HSE Manager (7-10 years of oil and gas construction /Module/Petrochem etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Certified with safety officer professional level.
- 7-10 years of experience for Oil and gas construction business.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team leader.
- Good in both spoken and written English.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working.
- ISO 45001:2018 Internal Audit.
- ISO 22301:2019 (BCMS: Business Continuity Management Systems).
- Problem Solving & Decision making techniques.
- Problem Solving by 8D.
- Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction& Emergency Training: TBOSIET.
- Rescue and working at height.
- Living IIF in action.
