**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support users to troubleshoot issues, debug code, document procedures

**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in C**omputer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology**, or a related field
- Experience in object-oriented programming languages
- Frontend experience: J**avascript, HTML, CSS**:

- Knowledge of **JS libraries** and framework such as Bootstrap, jQuery, Vue.js, Angular, etc.
- Server-side: C#/ASP.NET
- Experience with relational databases - **Oracle and/or MS SQL Serve**r
- Can work well independently as well as with others, including team members and our customers
