**Job Description**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gathering requirement from APAC HR, Payroll and REO teams and buy off requirement with users.
- Analyst a request, propose a solution and deliver a solution to users.
- Coordinate and working with team to perform a system testing and buy off.
- Coordinate and working with team to prepare and rollout system to PRD.
- Provide a support for an issue (if any) on a system, also follow up and fixed.
- Align to WD IT Change Management procedure.
- Join a team for a cross site project if require.
- Provide a project update status.
- Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years in Web Application development and support or related area.

**PREFERRED**:

- Knowledge of Cloud developing tools e.g. Power App or SharePoint online and etc.

**SKILLS**:

- Able to communicate in English with Good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiar with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and SharePoint DB.
- Familiar with.Net developing tools e.g. Visual Studio, Java, C++, and others.
- Coordination skills.
- Dependence and independence work.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Service-minded.
