・Collaborate with strategy consultant, data scientist, business designer, cloud architect and various specialists to make new/higher value for the client.
・Project management.
・Proposal sales activity of these services. Client relationship

・Follow-up support, change management / business reform for business departments
・Supporting customers' business transformation through innovation
・Create business value through collaboration with diverse experts such as strategy consultants, data scientists, business designers, and cloud architects

・Male or Female・Bachelor's Degree （GPA 3.0 UP）
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700 or equivalent.）

・Work experience (a) or (b) or (c)
(a) Experience in digital transformation in big company.
(b) Experience in change management and strategy implementation in consulting firm.
(c) Able to draw business operation flow.
・Special Skill:(a)-(c)
(a) Able to use analytics tool.
(b) Able to use CX tool.
(c) Able to use DMP/MA tool in Marketing field.
・Those who have experienced planning/consideration/execution of new business in their own company/other companies
・Experience in project management/PMO
・Those who have experience in business reform / change management
・Skill: Planning, Presentation, PC (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Communication, Project management skills.
