- We are seeking a passionate individual to be one of key members of the Lazmall Marketing Solutions function. The Lazmall Marketing Solutions team is responsible for driving investment in Lazada Sponsored Solutions among stratig brand partners. The role requires strong sales skill and digital advertising knowledge. In this role, you will get a unique opportunity to work with Lazada’s top conglomerate partners in Thailand to drive the business impact through fast-growing e-commerce platform.**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the advertising revenue for Thailand’s strategic brand accounts.
- Responsible for client’s marketing solutions strategies, KPIs and activities with global and key local brands and partnersl while driving partner satisfaction, business results and investment growth
- Be a platform and product expert, and become a go to person in Lazada’s and external advertising solutions, media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement to partners. Advise and give consultation to global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from developing joint business plan, pitching to closing for new strategic accounts and grow existing accounts through effective strategies including budgeting, optimization and solutions adoption.
- Develop compelling and strategic sales initiatives based on identified account opportunities, category trends and brands’ needs
- Work closely, collaborate and coordinate with regional and local cross-function teams (category teams, onsite, graphics and performance marketing) to execute brand activities and projects seamlessly. Project-manage timelines and creative/asset submissions.
- Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling.
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor degree’s in business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years in either area of brand marketing/digital marketing/sales that includes data-driven analysis of campaign performance.
- Account management or client-facing experience
- Eagerness to do sales role with revenue target.
- Knowledge in digital marketing/online advertising.
- Analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in marketing presentations, project management, and/or digital campaign management
- Extreme attention to details and ability to navigate in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional capacity.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Direct Experience in E-Commerce or fast-moving tech companies.
- Direct Media Sales experience.
- Direct Experience working in ad-platforms.
- Direct Experience in managing brands or large client accounts.
