Key Responsibilities

Lead and management new product development (NPD) and Existing product development (EPD) process
Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all projects are launched per agreed timeline.
Prototype development for new/existing products & efficacy testing
Execution and management of overall quality control of packaging and finish goods
Execution and management of safety, stability and storage testing & efficacy testing
Lead responsibility for obtaining necessary FDA approval, other approval and relevant licenses/certifications for product formulas, packaging and efficacy claims
Organize all required submissions to comply with FDA regulations
Specifying procurement requirement priorities (i.e. vendor, supplier and OEM selection)
Support Marketing team in conducting product and technology research

**Key Requirements**:
At least 5-6 years of FMCG or consumer product-related product development experience.
Bachelor’s degree or Master ‘s degree in Science, Cosmetics or any related fields.
Understanding the overall product development process; product concept, product formulation, stability testing, compatibility testing, until product available in WH
Good project management and coordination skills
Experiences in QA/QC is an advantage
Multi-tasking, can do attitude and work well under pressure

**Commercially-minded with good creativity and initiative**: Able to contribute to marketing claims based on understanding of product technology
Dynamic, positive and problem solving oriented.
Ready to take on the exciting challenge of building a new, leading Thai brand as part of an energetic team
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
