- Consultative selling skills instead of just being an order taker.
- Understand and support the goal, policies, and procedures of BCS.
- Act as the single point of contact for BCS relating to sales and customer engagement.
- Integrate your own book of business (if you are bringing one with you) into our BCS business model.
- Proactively create targeted sales funnel to maximize sales and time and territory management appropriately.
- Self
- develop your skills so you understand our service offerings so you can thoroughly explain them to customers.
- Develop profitable revenue in territory relating to warehousing, transportation, value added service, and all other services associated with BCS.
