Logistics- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by hunting new business & successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Set up Sales Target, Team-monitor key matrics, manage the activities and getting qualified business.
- Managing, Organizing Sales Hunting Team to covers sales, revenue & profit, expense controls.
- Analyzing customer data, competitors and current situation to making business opportunity and build the relationship with the customers.
- Ensure focused on sales hunting and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- [Must]- Gender doesn't matter, age 40-48
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales, Logistics and Transportation, or any related fields
- Proficient in English Level 4
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding/Logistics business
- Have experience in expanding new clients/business development
[Advantage]- Strong knowledgeable of Warehouse operation & Transportation management solutions**English Level**:
