**The Opportunity**:
You will be part of the Workplace Experience Team, a dynamic team to dedicated to making life at Agoda outstanding. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of people focused projects. These include but are not limited to; initiatives that foster a collaborative culture in this new hybrid world, organizing events that celebrate our culture & diversity plus deliver future workplace experience needs through new and exciting innovations in employee experience. You will serve a pivotal role in enriching Agodan's experience at work, boosting engagement and productivity.
**In this Role, you'll get to**:
- Collaborate with the internal events team to understand event requirements and confirm all necessary details
- Coordinate and manage multiple team events, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between managers and vendors
- Act as a liaison with vendors and oversee event planning activities
- Provide on-site coordination and support during events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any logístical issues that may arise
- Assist with processing payments related to event expenses
- Support our team with other areas as needed, leveraging your skills and expertise as the event coordination process becomes more efficient.
**What you'll Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in vendor management, event coordination, project coordination, customer service, receptionist roles, or related positions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Positive and resilient attitude, able to handle challenges and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to unexpected situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Flexibility and availability to work outside regular business hours, including occasional weekends**.
