Your Role:
What You Will Do:

- Work and lead a design team to develop solutions and ideas for various types of architecture, interior architecture and design within both residential and hospitality projects.
- Generating hand drawn and computer drawings for study of design ideas within team setting, as well as story boards and material studies.
- Technical proficiency in developing details and material studies and documentation.
- Produce CAD and 3D drawings for development of design solutions and final presentations, as well as supporting material for design solutions.
- Interaction with clients, meetings and design presentations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. 10+ years related experience in an architectural firm.

2. Highly proficient working knowledge of ArchiCAD, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and Sketchup. Grasshopper, 3D Studio Max and REVIT is a plus

3. Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.

4. A good working knowledge of materials and connectivity to the vendor network.

5. Built examples of architectural projects; residential, hospitality and commercial projects etc.

6. Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team.
