We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Food and Beverage department at our luxury hotel located on an exquisite island destination. As the Top Management of the Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our three outlets and meeting room. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing strategies to create revenue-generating activities and elevate our offerings to cater to the luxury market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's luxury positioning and targets high-end clientele.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the three outlets and meeting venue, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and presentation of food and beverages.
- Implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service, quality, and efficiency across all food and beverage operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and create innovative menus that showcase local and international flavors, while meeting the expectations of our luxury market.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to achieve profitability targets while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotional activities, events, and packages that generate additional revenue and attract new clientele.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging concepts, and best practices in food and beverage operations to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar senior role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including culinary techniques, menu development, cost control, and service standards.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, customer preferences, and industry trends related to food and beverage offerings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management within a food and beverage operation.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
- Passion for culinary excellence, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
