**Responsibilities**
- Oversee Payroll, and facilitate contract signing process
- Add/remove employees from employee’s perks program when joining or resigning from company: i.e. health insurance, provident fund, etc.
- Preliminary company onboarding for new-comers for both employees and provider partners
- Offboarding for leavers
- Produce accurate related documents and develop and maintain a documentation system within the company through tools i.e. Workable, PandaDoc, Notion, Google Drive, and Google workspace for good internal governance
- Support and facilitate the team as assigned
- Work as goal-oriented and comfortable working with managers
- Help prepare materials whenever working off-site; i.e. company exhibitions (1-2 times per quarter)
- Manage team calendar and some other schedule arrangements
- Manage team reimbursement by keeping track of expenses and purchase receipts and etc
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Provide other administrative support as needed
- Keep tidy of the office assets, and documents in the physical office space (~ 30 sq.m), we have a maid but things need to be organized
**Requirements**:
- Quick Learner, open-minded, tech-savvy, and like to learn new things
- Can comprehend well in English because most of the documents are in English
- Basic use of Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and etc.) or Google Workspace tools; i.e. Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Drive, and PandaDoc (for signing documents)
- Willing to learn and master Notion.so because it’s our company's main tool for documentation
- Able to travel and stand by at office
- Have driving license must be advantage
- Service-minded and polite
- Fast and attention to detail
- Adventurous and patient
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude with team spirit
- Work at office at Gaysorn Center from Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM
