- Role & Responsibilities
- Presales : Create Quotation in AX
- Process Sales Order in AX, update status to customer
- Maintain order delivery to meet customer's requirement. Manage order by escalate critical

order.
- Perform product warranty claim and post/after sales service with related team
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience 1-3 years in sales support, sales coordinator or related field.
- Excellent communication and service-mind.
- Good command in English communication and computer literacy will be an advantage
