CRCC Asia has been in operation for 18 years, partners with 65+ universities and governmental bodies globally, and has sent 10,000+ students abroad through its award-winning internship programs. Our internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.

**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a proactive and motivated **Operations Intern** to support the implementation of our international experiences, with a particular focus on our **Thailand program**. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in program operations, partnership development, and travel logistics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Thailand Program Operations & Logistics**
- Research, evaluate, and negotiate with local accommodation providers to secure comfortable and cost-effective options for participants.
- Identify and establish agreements with local agencies and partners to deliver enriching activities, field trips, and hands-on workshops aligned with program themes.
- Research and recommend reliable and efficient local transportation providers for participants' movements within Thailand.
- Collect and document up-to-date visa requirements and processes for program participants

**Outreach and Partnership Development**
- Conduct cold calling to outbound travel agencies in Thailand to promote and resell CRCC Asia’s international experience packages.
- Identify and liaise with educational institutions to integrate expert-led lectures, workshops, and seminars into the program itinerary.

**Participant Experience and Materials Creation**
- Assist with developing high-quality informational materials with focus on Thailand, including:

- Pre-departure Guides: Covering essentials such as packing lists, cultural etiquette, and travel tips.
- City Guides: Offering insights into local attractions, dining options, and cultural landmarks.
- Arrival Guides: Detailing arrival instructions, emergency contacts, and program schedules.

**EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, culturally aware, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong research, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable in making outreach calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Knowledge of Thailand’s travel, tourism, and international education ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; Fluent in Thai
