- Supervise overall GA and HR tasks and make sure everything is smooth and well organized.
- Responsible for overall recruiting process of the company
- Responsible for visa and work permit process (current Expat 1 MD in Thai branch)
- In charge of employee rules, and regulation
- Responsible for labor affair
- Plan HR strategy (Formulation of expense budget, staffing planning and organization blueprint development)
- Support other tasks as assigned
- คุณสมบัติ

**Necessary Skill / Experience**
- Age 28-40 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
- At least 3 years of working and management experience in HR role from any manufacturing.
- Have knowledge both HRM and HRD
- Advance conversation middle-high level in English
- Able to handle Visa and work permit
- Must have own car and driving license
- Able to handle many tasks at once and be a problem solver
