**Supervisor Customs Clearance**

**Your Responsibilities**
- To co-operate with Customer Service for gathering correct Customs clearance documents and customs entry as per each shipment details
- To keep customer service informed the status of customs clearance process
- To solve the customs problem initially and keep report the problem to customer service
- To co-ordinate with truckers to receive/delivery the correct cargo on time
- To arrange correct payment and relating receipts
- To implement and execute work in accordance with procedure export & import shipping
- To follow-up any customs issues
- Any special assignment by superior

**Your Profile**
- Completed Senior High School or Higher
- 3-5 Years working experience in the same field
- Understand and have knowledge of Harmonized Code and Customs Import rule & regulation
- Hard-working, able to work well under pressure
- Good connection with Customs department and related Government Agencies
- The training shipping brokerage program has trained and certified
- Have Own Motorcycle and Driving License & Customs Broker License
- Fair in English spoken / written
