collaborate closely with our customers, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate efficient customs clearance operations and
maintain regulatory compliance.
- Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international

regulations
- Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities
- Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any

clearance issues
- Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance
