As a Manager AdOps, you will be responsible for the campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, insights, and analysis of campaigns across biddable and social platforms such as DV360, Google ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and LAP. The team and set of accounts have been growing and are looking for e-commerce experts with a growth mindset.

What you will do?
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across publishers, such as SEM, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, content discovery platforms from awareness to conversion
- Collaborate closely with data, client servicing, and Martech functions in planning and setting KPIs, as well as post-campaign evaluations.
- Growth hack & Continuously innovate with all types of digital media, publishers, and marketplaces including optimization of landing pages
- Responsible for data-driven insights, tagging, A/B testing, and analytics to provide campaign and ROI assessment for recommendations to ensure advertiser achieves maximum growth
- Continue to improve workflow for the team to work with maximum efficiency in different functions such as execution, reporting, communication across different clients
- Organize internal and external training programs to educate our cross-functional teams from client servicing, creative, operations, and clients on digital marketing updates and solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement. Identify and execute growth opportunities with existing advertisers and pitch to new clients.

What skills and experience will you need?
- Sharp and meticulous to manage quantitative information
- Advanced in online marketing trends, platforms, and technology, and able to make suitable recommendations.
- Manages internal tools, systems, processes, and technology required for innovation and improving processes
- Good communication skills, assertive and articulate
- Ability to handle a fast-moving environment with many changes and uncertainty.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
- Desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day today.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Paid Media execution
- Experience in Web and App Analytics (Google Analytics, and various 3rd Party Mobile App Analytics).
- Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, and UTM)
- Data feed management experience preferred
- Marketplace optimization experience preferred
