Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project management of sponsorship packages and ensuring campaign delivery with zero error rate
- Design execution plans based on the seasonal content solution packages, defining the respective point of contacts and their responsibilities
- Provide consultation, strategy, and content solutions for advertisers based on their business objectives aligning with the seasonal packages
- Work with Account Managers to provide pre-campaign workshop to help advertisers & their agencies to design a successful campaign
- Coordinate and collaborate with ad ops, product and R&D teams, etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution and optimization during launch
- Conduct post campaign review with data analysis, provide actionable insights for both advertisers and internal teams
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
- Analyze past campaign performance to find common trends to influence seasonal content campaign
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
- Lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered timely
- Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
- Work with Sales teams to communicate seasonal content package requirements, best practices and return on investments for advertisers and agencies

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in branding project management / client services roles in digital marketing
- Experience in managing complex projects involving different parties, and understand how to resolve conflicts as well as managing slippage in timeline
- Experience with branding campaigns & campaign delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insight
- Impeccable attention to details & process and highly organized
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process
- Strong enthusiasm on TikTok and teamwork
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills + active listening skills and proactive about collaboration
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
