**Project details**:
Our client is a global management consulting firm who are looking to support a SEA retail company to build a new Health and Beauty business in Thailand from scratch. The project is currently in its implementation stage, which includes prototyping 3-5 physical stores and getting the stores operational.

To support this work, they are looking to onboard a PMO with experience in Health and Beauty, particularly with leading H&B retailers in Thailand such as Watsons, Boots, Eveandboy, Sephora, etc.

**Scope of Work**:

- Track the status of all projects and manages escalations, budgets, resources, and reporting
- Test-and-learn different initiatives and outcomes
- Coordinate with H&B GM on establishing priorities
