**Operations**:

- To receive pre-alert and document from overseas/customer.
- To check vessel arrival date with shipping line and inform the arrival details to customer.
- To submit the amendment of shipping details to shipping line/co-loader.
- To open job file in CW1.
- To coordinate with EDI staff for customs clearance process.
- To follow-up and co-ordinate with shipping clearance staff to release cargo to customer on time frame.
- To advise delivery date and time to customer. (POD)
- To be a center and keep monitoring the shipment transfer from Sales Department.
- To check overall debit and credit note from overseas and pass to Document Staff to booking in CW1.
- To correspondence with overseas offices.
- To monitor and follow up job completion within their team.
- To solve problem among the team

**Overseas**
- Follow up customer’s orders (sea shipment) for assigned customers
- Interact with customers and oversea in arranging international shipments, meeting customer service standards
- Ensure pre-alert documents are timely distributed to operations.
- To be a center and keep monitoring customer’s order/shipment, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Operations
- Handle customer complaint. Incidents and irregularities and be coordinate with operation for solution settle
- Provide report of KPI or shipment tracking as required by customer’s SOP.
- To monitor and follow up job completion within their team.
- To solve problem among the team
