- Sales Development & Training Manager (50K-55K) (SDG-89978)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาและเทรนนิ่งการขาย-
- Organize, plan, and lead Core Sales Training activities.
- Organize and conduct New Sales Officer & Sales Manager training sessions as per the company training calendar.
- Create and maintain a set of KPIs that will measure the efficacy of your training initiatives (Feedback score, increase sales, increase conversion rate, lower sales staff turnover etc.)
- Create training programs that incorporate nonsales training content in order to encourage the development of other competencies and skills that can improve sales performance.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Min. 3 years experience in Sales Development & Training
- Strong Management experience / Team leader
- Must have experience in the Education industry or beauty, the Fitness industry
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven.
- Good command of English language skills.- Organize, plan, and lead Core Sales Training activities in the Education industry

- จัดและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมพนักงานขายและผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายใหม่ตามปฏิทินการฝึกอบรมของบริษัท
- สร้างและรักษาชุดของ KPI ที่จะวัดประสิทธิภาพของความคิดริเริ่มการฝึกอบรมของคุณ (คะแนนคำติชม เพิ่มยอดขาย เพิ่มอัตราการแปลง turnover พนักงานขายที่ลดลง ฯลฯ)
- สร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมที่รวมเนื้อหาการฝึกอบรมที่ไม่ใช่การขายเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาความสามารถและทักษะอื่น ๆ ที่สามารถปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการขาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 25 - 45 ปี- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป.
- ประสบการณ์ขั้นต่ำ 3 ปี ในการพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมการขาย
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารที่แข็งแกร่ง / หัวหน้าทีม
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการศึกษาหรือความงาม, อุตสาหกรรมฟิตเนส
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งและขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูล
- สามารถใช้ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี- จัดระเบียบ วางแผน และนำกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการขายหลักในอุตสาหกรรมการศึกษา
